Key Responsibilities

• Drive market collaboration and operational efficiency by aligning offices on sales, workflows, best practices, and priorities
• Support growth initiatives through shared services, prospecting acquisition targets, and leading post-acquisition integration efforts
• Foster communication and connection across the market by facilitating workgroups, roundtables, and leadership collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
• Professional certifications in employee benefits, property & casualty, wealth management, and/or human resources preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
