Job Summary
Maximizing sales growth and profitability, the full-time Regional Director will develop and lead business goals for the region, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with corporate departments to enhance store operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead business goals and accountability for the region's performance
- Act as a subject matter expert and partner with Store Operations on strategic decision-making
- Utilize KPIs and performance measurement tools to track and improve business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in store management within the retail sector
- Proven track record in developing performance goals and management processes
- Experience in sales performance incentives and team motivation
- Ability to analyze competitor performance and market trends
