Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise West Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed annual contract value (ACV) targets
  • Track performance metrics and coach Account Executives to ensure success in meeting short and long-term goals


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments
