Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise West Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed annual contract value (ACV) targets
- Track performance metrics and coach Account Executives to ensure success in meeting short and long-term goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments
