Job Summary
Maximizing sales growth and profitability, the full-time Regional Director, Illinois will lead business strategy, establish goals, and inspire teams to exceed performance standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead business goals and accountability for the region
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer and store business needs
- Utilize KPIs and performance measurement tools to track and improve business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Crate and Barrel store management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Experience in strategic decision-making and performance management
- Strong understanding of sales performance incentives and customer advocacy
