Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Drive net retention, expansion, and renewals across the customer portfolio
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers and ensure they realize business value
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with 3+ years in a management role
- Proven success in owning retention, expansion, and revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working with SMB and mid-market customers
- Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
- Experience in integration or complex software sales is a plus
