Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
  • Drive net retention, expansion, and renewals across the customer portfolio
  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers and ensure they realize business value
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with 3+ years in a management role
  • Proven success in owning retention, expansion, and revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working with SMB and mid-market customers
  • Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
  • Experience in integration or complex software sales is a plus
