Job Summary

Leading a team of Business Development Managers, the full-time Regional Director of Business Development will drive new demand and revenue generation for Hyatt branded hotels in a remote role focused on the Americas.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to Business Development Managers, setting clear performance expectations and priorities
  • Own team performance against revenue targets and pipeline generation goals, ensuring accountability for CRM documentation and sales activity
  • Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop business development plans targeting high-potential accounts
Required qualifications
  • Significant business development or sales leadership experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing remote teams with effective performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage pipeline generation goals
  • Strong partnership skills with cross-functional stakeholders, including hotel and regional leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
