Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Business Systems Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the athenahealth IDX Practice Management System for ambulatory practices and manage end-to-end revenue cycle functions
• Provide leadership and direction for the Business Systems Configuration Department and ensure effective team performance
• Direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of the aIDX system and manage claims processing for various health plans

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an IT application support leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with multiple business system processes and IT project management
• Knowledge of Professional Billing and Managed Care Claims processing
• Understanding of database management for data integrity and usability
