Job Summary

Regional Director of Clinics oversees four regional managers running approximately 100 clinics, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with corporate standards, and driving revenue growth in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop regional managers to achieve goals and maintain operational excellence
• Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs and monitor clinic staffing and performance
• Drive revenue growth and enhance patient experience initiatives across the region

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of directly related experience
• 8+ years of industry experience in hearing care or retail healthcare preferred
• 5+ years of management experience with a proven ability to lead multiple site leaders
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and standard operating procedures
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement action plans
