Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coach, and mentor the sales team with ongoing feedback and best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to growth targets
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market plans across assigned territories and target accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading teams closing enterprise technology sales
  • Experience with the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Proven experience in generating sales revenue through new logo wins
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies in managing sales cycles
