Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Global Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and mentor the sales team with ongoing feedback and best practices
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to growth targets
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market plans across assigned territories and target accounts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading teams closing enterprise technology sales
- Experience with the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Proven experience in generating sales revenue through new logo wins
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies in managing sales cycles
