Regional Director of Hematology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director - Hematology - South Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Hematology Account Specialist team to ensure strong sales performance
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Communicate industry knowledge and ensure participation in relevant trade shows and conferences

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with 5 years in sales leadership/management
• 3 years of experience as a Regional Director or District Manager in Oncology
• Experience in hematology cancer markets is preferred
• Knowledge of Biologics and buy and bill products or strong experience in the Oncology field
• Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement challenges
