Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional accounting teams while establishing performance standards and accountability frameworks
• Oversee regional accounting policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Provide executive oversight of commission and carrier accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of insurance brokerage accounting experience
• Proven leadership experience with regional or multi-location accounting teams
• Deep understanding of commission accounting and cash management
• Strong knowledge of agency management systems
• Experience in building KPIs and governance frameworks
