Regional Director of Loss Control

Job Summary

To support a growing risk management team, the full-time Regional Director of Loss Control will manage a team of Independent Contractors across multiple states, ensuring quality and performance metrics are met while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Independent Contractors, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance performance
• Analyze service quality and timeliness through daily reports to identify trends and implement strategic solutions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with peers and contractors, ensuring effective communication and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or role
• Degree or professional designations (CSP, ARM, AINS, CPCU) are preferred, or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite software
• Experience in inventory management and Independent Contractor management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and identify trends
