Regional Director of MSL

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, MSL West (H&N).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the regional MSL team, ensuring alignment with market brand strategies and operational excellence
• Provide guidance on medical insights collection and coordinate engagement with clinical operations teams
• Lead team training, facilitate professional development, and oversee performance management of direct reports

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a health-related field (PharmD, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in MSL roles
• 5 years of experience in the Oncology therapeutic area required
• Experience in product launch development and execution required
• Field team/people management experience preferred
