Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Revenue Cycle Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle functions across assigned service lines, ensuring operational execution and performance management
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for professional billing Revenue Cycle functions, maintaining accountability for productivity and compliance
• Partner with various departments to drive KPI improvement and support organizational growth, acquisitions, and standardization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management
• Demonstrated leadership experience in middle- and back-end Revenue Cycle operations
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
