Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine the regional Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring alignment with product-led growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Managers to drive sales excellence and performance
  • Own revenue targets, customer acquisition, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a first-line enterprise sales leader
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within the enterprise software infrastructure industry
  • Proven expertise in coaching a modern sales methodology
  • Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle of complex Enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
