Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales (EAST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of at least 5 account executives and support them in closing deals
  • Coach and train new and existing sales representatives to enhance performance
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on customer experience and adherence to sales policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of enterprise sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of selling into upmarket segments with a focus on revenue growth
  • Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies and manage high-performance sales teams
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • MUST BE LOCATED IN RALEIGH, NC AND WILLING TO WORK IN OFFICE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK
