Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales (CENTRAL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of at least 5 account executives, providing coaching and support to drive revenue growth
  • Serve as a player-coach on sales calls, training new and established reps to improve performance
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on customer experience and adherence to sales policies


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of enterprise sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of selling into upmarket segments with an expansion-focused sales approach
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Experience managing and scaling sales teams with a focus on high-performance culture
  • Must be located in Chicago, IL and willing to work in the office 3-4 days a week
