Regional Director of Sales

Job Summary

Focusing on immediate census and revenue growth, the full-time salaried Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, and organize promotional events while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain sourcing leads in a designated region
• Organize strategic marketing events to promote the community and brand
• Train new team members and reinforce the community's brand reputation to achieve occupancy goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in closing sales and leads, with two or more years in a senior sales and marketing environment
• Experience in new development lease-ups preferred
• Demonstrated sales experience in senior living or related healthcare environments
• Schedule flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as needed
