Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Talent Management to oversee talent strategies across multiple business units and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee talent strategies in various business units and support multiple verticals
  • Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure successful execution of talent plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to design organizational structures and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role; 7+ years preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is highly preferred
  • PHR certification is a plus
