Regional Director - Oregon & Washington

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director - Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a regional territory, including consulting, sales, and administrative staff
• Develop regional business plans, manage P&L, and drive profitable growth and market leadership
• Oversee employee recruitment, engagement, development, and client stewardship for EHS consulting projects

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred in a relevant field
• 15+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability Practices
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Technical expertise in EHS specialty areas with a national or regional reputation
• Ability to attract, develop, and mentor high-caliber staff
