Regional Director, People Partner

Job Summary

To develop and lead the people strategy for the Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue West Region workforce, the full-time Regional Director, People Partner will manage key people-related initiatives, support executive teams, and foster an inclusive culture across 14 stores, while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement people team initiatives and organizational changes in collaboration with executive partners
• Leverage people analytics to execute the region's people strategy and drive a diverse, inclusive organizational culture
• Act as an executive coach to senior leadership, providing guidance on complex HR issues and talent acquisition

Required qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree or certification in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience in luxury retail
• 10+ years of HR experience with multi-unit responsibility and knowledge of legal and regulatory HR requirements
• Experience coaching and developing management at various levels, including senior leadership
• Strong leadership traits, including customer focus, business acumen, and strategic vision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace programs
