Job Summary

To drive revenue growth across state, local, and education accounts, the full-time remote Regional Director, SLED will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, set strategic goals, and engage with key stakeholders in the public sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, hire, and lead a team of SLED Account Executives, managing forecasting and quota attainment
  • Set and execute go-to-market strategies for state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions
  • Engage in complex sales cycles and establish executive relationships across various public sector organizations
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of SLED or enterprise technology sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building teams that exceed sales quotas and acquire new clients
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles in the public sector and coaching teams on technical sales
  • Strong understanding of SLED procurement processes and security expectations
  • Analytical skills for pipeline management combined with creative problem-solving abilities
