Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Distributor Manager to expand product distribution and sales in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer and territory planning efforts to achieve growth and profit targets
• Develop and implement joint business plans with distributors to maximize volume and margin
• Execute sales training and manage distributor account activities to meet territory goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food service specialty training
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under deadline constraints
• Experience in managing distributor relationships and sales activities
