Regional Distributor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Distributor Manager for the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer and territory planning efforts to achieve growth and profit targets
• Develop and implement distributor Joint Business plans to maximize volume and margin
• Execute sales training and support for distributor group members to drive business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or food service specialty training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales capacity within the food service industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce.com
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadline constraints
• Experience in managing distributor accounts and local broker activities
