Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Ecosystem Satellite Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and grow regional satellite communities by providing tools, mentorship, and strategies for engagement
• Create and maintain a comprehensive playbook for satellite communities, documenting best practices and success metrics
• Design and implement a unified backend system to streamline coordination and enable real-time reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in international community building or ecosystem development, preferably in Web3 or blockchain
• Strong understanding of Web3, including decentralized communities and tokenomics
• Proven ability to develop scalable processes and backend tools in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple regions
• Strong judgment in evaluating proposals and partnerships to ensure alignment with the company's mission
