Regional Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic operations programs, the full-time Regional Engineering Director will manage engineering staff, support building operations, and develop maintenance management practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support the engineering team to foster high performance
• Manage centralized operations activities, including service center and security teams
• Implement and maintain computerized maintenance management systems and energy management programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs based on skills assessments
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style
