Regional Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support insurance enrollment processes, the full-time Regional Enrollment Specialist will manage insurance contracting and credentialing, oversee claims through a Clearinghouse, and assist with accounts receivable and special projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll insurances for EFTs and manage communication channels for payment from insurance companies
• Work with contracting and credentialing to ensure proper processes are followed
• Assist with accounts receivable and claims management, including special projects

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in the healthcare industry with third-party reimbursement and collections
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Computer proficiency in billing, word processing, and spreadsheet entry
