Regional Estimator

Job Summary

To support the development of datacenter projects across the Americas, the full-time Regional Estimator will manage cost estimates, coordinate communications, and collaborate with various teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost estimates for new datacenter projects across the Americas region
• Manage cost data and communications while serving as the point of contact for internal and external parties
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, procurement, security, networking, and operations teams throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience in construction estimating on major construction portfolios
• Understanding of the full Construction Life Cycle and capability to perform various types of estimates
• Ability to develop, maintain, and report on project scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience with Data Center construction programs
