Regional Eye Care Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Regional Eye Care Manager will implement local sales and marketing strategies, coach team members, and drive business growth in the Northern region while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and inspire the regional team to achieve sales targets and enhance business relationships
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and KPI evaluations to develop team skills and performance
• Analyze market trends and prepare monthly reports to inform sales and marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• Completed degree in a scientific field or relevant pharmaceutical training as per legal requirements
• Several years of leadership experience in medical sales, preferably in ophthalmology
• Familiarity with omnichannel management and experience in transformation initiatives
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experienced with CRM systems like SAP or Veeva
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and persuasive skills
