Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager-Retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of client retail facilities and lead a team of Facilities Analysts
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and client requirements while fostering effective communication
  • Manage financial aspects, vendor relationships, and preventive maintenance programs for the facilities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of additional experience may substitute for degree
  • 12 years of facilities experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a commercial high-rise or portfolio environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior facilities manager
  • Industry certifications such as CFM, RPA, or LEED O&M recommended
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management preferred
