Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Field Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Asset Coordinators, ensuring adherence to established SOPs
• Inspect properties, document move in/out inspections, and manage vendor pool for property maintenance and turnover projects
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, handle customer service for residents, and post legal notices as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage schedule efficiently
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use tracking, scheduling, and communication systems
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends if needed
