Job Summary

Overseeing the installation and maintenance of dental equipment, the full-time Regional Field Service Manager will ensure compliance with customer specifications while managing service technicians and enhancing customer satisfaction in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist, coach, and evaluate the performance of regional service/installation technicians
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals
• Ensure compliance with time and attendance reporting requirements for service technicians

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology
• 5 years of experience in a service industry
• Previous management experience
