Regional Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Finance Director (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly reports and Operating Review documents
• Coordinates and prepares the annual plan, including setting client-specific targets
• Analyzes and compares financial results against plans and internal benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience at the Director level in a finance or accounting capacity
• Prior experience leading and developing a staff
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• Ability to effectively use influence strategies to impact others without formal authority
