Regional Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to property and regional leadership teams
• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Lead and develop a network of finance professionals while collaborating with management to enhance performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Deep understanding of GAAP and USALI
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
