Regional Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Finance Manager for Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, treasury, and compliance across Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia
• Lead financial management, budgeting, and reporting processes aligned with organizational strategies
• Coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and ensure donor financial compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in financial management and operations, preferably in international NGOs
• Experience with bookkeeping and accounting in US-based non-profits, including funding and grant accounting
• Proven ability to manage multi-country finance operations and work with outsourced service providers
• Fluency in English
