Regional Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Financial Operations Senior Manager - Shared Services for the Mid-South Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transactional finance operating model, including AR, AP, Billing, Cash Application, and Collections
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, and Collections functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and credit management
• Manage the regional Accounts Payable function, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and maintaining vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in finance operations, accounting operations, or shared services
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, Billing, Cash Application, and Collections
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel capabilities
• Proven ability to lead through managers and scale organizations in fast-growth environments
