Regional Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing the accuracy and timely completion of invoicing activities for complex regional projects, the full-time Regional Financial Analyst will collaborate with IT and Accounting departments while providing support to the Regional Finance Team and ensuring compliance with billing and revenue recognition practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing activities and ensure timely completion for regional projects
• Support Corporate and Operational Finance staff with escalated invoicing and reporting activities
• Assist in coordinating the workload of the Regional Finance Team and prioritize tasks effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and business needs
