Regional Fleet Safety Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic supply chain team, the full-time Regional Fleet Safety Manager will implement safety policies and programs, ensuring compliance with transportation safety standards while collaborating with fleet leadership and the EHS team in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and DOT FMCSA regulations, including driver training and safety engagement
- Execute large-scale safety programs and streamline business functions to enhance efficiency
- Monitor fleet performance and CSA scores, developing strategies for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Transportation Management, or a related field
- 5 years of safety management or leadership experience in the transportation industry
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- Experience with fleet telematics technology and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Business Intelligence software like Tableau or Power BI
