Regional Foreclosure Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Foreclosure Attorney Oversight Specialist responsible for overseeing the foreclosure attorney network and ensuring compliance with investor and insurer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with the Attorney Network and Foreclosure Department
• Review timelines and ensure proper documentation of accounts, addressing inefficiencies as needed
• Provide training and guidance to the Attorney Network and conduct quality control audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 7 years of knowledge in foreclosure laws
• Familiarity with mortgage banking and relevant federal and state laws
• Proficiency in software such as Fiserv/Loanserv, Microsoft Word/Excel, and others
• Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and regulations
