Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager - Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operations for the regional launch of apitegromab
• Develop and execute regional sales, marketing, and medical affairs plans to achieve business objectives
• Build and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech and rare disease
• Proven experience in sales management with launch experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in various disciplines
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in the rare disease space
• P&L management experience preferred with strong budget management skills
