Regional General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager - Great Lakes Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and operations for the region, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies and business plans for product launch
• Oversee financial plans and performance metrics to maximize revenue and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech, specifically in rare diseases
• Proven sales management experience with product launch expertise
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across various disciplines
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the rare disease market
• P&L management experience preferred, with strong financial acumen
