Regional General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager - South Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational execution for the launch of apitegromab in the region
• Develop and implement regional sales, marketing, and medical affairs plans to achieve business objectives
• Build and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech and rare disease
• Proven experience in sales management with launch experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in relevant disciplines
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in rare diseases
• P&L management experience preferred, with strong budget management skills
