Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional General Manager to lead and grow market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and direction to sales teams while monitoring regional functions

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff within the region

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of general business experience, preferably in HVAC wholesale
• 8+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility
• 5+ years of sales leadership or branch management experience in HVAC
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience in strategic planning and financial analysis
