Job Summary
Driving growth in market share and profitability, the full-time Regional General Manager will lead a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, analyzing sales forecasts, and ensuring adherence to company policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, training, and direction to area sales and operations teams to achieve sales and profit goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans for regional growth, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Analyze budgets and financial trends, providing recommendations to enhance business performance
Required qualifications
- 12-15 years of general business experience, preferably in HVAC wholesale
- 8+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility
- 5+ years of sales leadership and/or branch management experience in an HVAC sales environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, as well as inventory management
