Job Summary
To drive profitable growth in the Energy Solutions business, the remote Regional General Manager will manage a $100M+ P&L, develop and execute business strategies, and lead market expansion efforts across the Western US.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the regional P&L while driving profitable growth
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy, identifying new growth opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing regional organization, coaching market teams and sales leadership
Required qualifications
- BS Degree
- 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience
- Demonstrated industry experience
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Ability to operate successfully in a matrix organization
