Regional General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional General Manager for their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the success of clients, care professionals, and partners in a market totaling about $10-25MM in revenue
• Manage and lead a team of client managers and care pro relationship managers
• Support and build new infrastructure for best-in-class client service and partner success

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of operations and/or client management experience
• Expertise in people management and team building
• Ability to be decisive and thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
• Passion for solving complex operational problems
• Data-driven problem-solving skills and experience deriving insights from data sets
