Regional HDPE Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically knowledgeable Regional HDPE Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage project quoting and estimating for HDPE business, collaborating with sales teams, operations leaders, and customers to deliver comprehensive project solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HDPE quote requests across the assigned region
• Develop accurate and timely project quotes that encompass all required materials, equipment, services, and support
• Collaborate with the National Rental Center to incorporate tooling rentals, training, and service support into project solutions

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of estimating, quoting, or project pricing experience in construction, infrastructure, utility, or related industries
• Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift or QuoteSoft is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to interpret blueprints and project drawings
• Experience with HDPE piping and fusion equipment is highly preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
