Regional Head - Client Coverage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Head - Client Coverage Group - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional budget and ensure targets for revenue and client acquisition are met
• Lead teams to penetrate target markets and maximize profitability per client
• Directly manage and coach regional leaders while ensuring compliance with established processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in a financial services environment
• Proven success in managing P&L or revenue targets for a geographical region
• Deep understanding of institutional client onboarding and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and process adoption
• Fluency in English; proficiency in the local language is a plus
