Regional Head of Client Coverage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Head - Client Coverage Group - ASIA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional budget and deliver targets for revenue and client acquisition
• Lead teams to penetrate target markets and maximize client profitability
• Directly manage and coach regional leaders while ensuring compliance with established processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in financial services
• Proven track record of managing P&L or revenue targets for a region
• Strong understanding of institutional client onboarding and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and process adoption
• Experience in crypto or a strong personal interest is beneficial
