Regional Head of Client Coverage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Head - Client Coverage Group - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional budget and deliver targets for revenue and client acquisition
• Lead teams to penetrate target markets and maximize client profitability
• Drive performance management by setting and enforcing regional KPIs and KRIs

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in financial services
• Proven track record of managing P&L or revenue targets regionally
• In-depth knowledge of institutional client onboarding and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational change within sales and relationship teams
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
